Who you are

  • We are looking for a well-organized professional with fast-paced learning capabilities, strong training capabilities, excellent in developing effective materials, creative and with a natural business instinct
  • Successful experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Ops, preferably in a fast-growing international company
  • Knowledge of Digital & SaaS environment, knowledge of Business, Sales Processes & Methods

  • Strong organizational skills, you enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and French. Other working languages are a plus

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Global team
  • You will play a key role at the heart of the Revenue team’s strategy by increasing their efficiency and performance with a measured impact on business
  • You will work closely with the sales leaders and cross-functional teams such as Product, Customer Success & Marketing to continuously improve our sales excellence and readiness
  • You will report directly to the VP Revenue & Sales Operations
  • Your mission will be to unleash sales excellence and success within our North America / EMEA / APAC regions
  • You will contribute to our hyper-growth by helping the sales leaders develop talents and by working transversally to ensure sales readiness with the right training and resources necessary for a memorable buying journey
  • Facilitate a blended onboarding experience for new sales hires and deliver comprehensive training
  • Manage and continuously refine an onboarding that speeds up their ramp-up time
  • Help the executive and leadership teams to identify gaps and work on effective skills development to ensure success and productivity
  • Develop engaging training decks, content on our knowledge base and e-Learning platform to ensure a continuous learning environment for the team across the globe
  • Collaborate with product, marketing and customer success teams to build the right sales collaterals and help with our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts
  • Manage sales enablement tools and continuously improve the content organization to ensure productivity and facilitate a streamlined execution of their tasks
  • Stay current on our products knowledge, positioning, but also on the latest selling methodologies and tactics
  • Monitor results of your actions and adapt to the sales needs

AB Tasty has successfully expanded into the US, with revenue there growing by 480% in just two years. The company continued forging partnerships and growing its product through the acquisition of AI-driven personalisation provider Epoq in the autumn of 2022, expanding its European customer base. 2023 was a big year for AB Tasty, showing more growth, moving to one platform and further expanding our reach into AI personalisation.
