- BA in Business Admin, Economics, Engineering
- +1 year of experience in a business operational environment
- Excellent Analytical skills (advanced Excel user and comfortable with Data Visualisation tools)
- Fluent in English
- Experience in dynamic & fast-paced environments
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Desirable
- Hands-on experience with BI tools
- Previous experience in Customer-centric environments
What the job involves
- The Business Operations Analyst will contribute and support our teams and management, ensuring timely updates of current operations, key data points and activities
- This position is a vital role in growing and scaling our operations, ensuring alignment on metrics and indicators related to the sales and customer service needs
- Lead special projects to guarantee operational excellence in different departments
- Improve already existing systems and monitor team results and performance KPIs
- Track and analyze key metrics of the organization, and deliver regular insights to the business
- Develop and support projections of forecasts
- Own data to ensure the highest standards of data integrity & quality are reinforced
