What the job involves
- Nymbl Science is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to enhance our mission-driven tech improving older adults' mobility
- Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights including claims data and usage/engagement data
- Interpret data to assess the clinical value of Nymbl including but not limited to ROI calculations and dose-response calculations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions based on user utilization and outcomes
- Identify areas for product improvement and recommend data-driven solutions
- Leverage Machine learning as appropriate
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance
- Work closely with a clinical advisor and CMO to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in healthcare data analytics
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data management and analysis
- Participate in developing and implementing new data-driven initiatives to enhance Nymbl products
- Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
