What the job involves

  • Spending around 65% of your time nurturing your customers and exploring all expansion opportunities
  • Creating a strategic plan to grow the value of your portfolio will be one of your top priorities
  • Help to solve the complex problems your customers bring to you
  • Onboarding some of your customers to our SaaS product Source
  • Collaborate with a number of our teams including customer delivery, sales and senior leadership
  • Ensuring your customers are set up for success!

Our take

Anti-money laundering (AML) regulations are vital protection for modern businesses, but ensuring compliance can be a complex and time-consuming process. First AML solves this problem with its regulatory technology solution.

First AML first launched in New Zealand in 2017, before expanding operations to Australia in 2021, and the UK in 2022. This growth is testament to rising demand for First AML's tech. The company has gained around $30 million in funding as of 2022, which has further accelerated its growth.

First AML's main challenge will be competing with other already established regulatory tech providers. However, its ambitious expansion strategy and impressive financial backing will enable it to remain competitive in the coming years.
