• We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian Consultant with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and a proven track record of successfully implementing ITSM solutions in real-world environments
• Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and familiarity with ITIL frameworks
• Experience configuring and integrating ITSM solutions (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Cherwell, Ivanti, BMC), with a willingness to learn Jira Service Management quickly
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring new technologies

• We are looking for an Atlassian Architect to join the team at Modus Create
• In this role, you will immerse yourself in clients' IT landscapes, delivering tailored projects that leverage best practices to architect and optimize ITSM solutions
• Your strong foundation in ITIL and other ITSM frameworks, combined with your ability to rapidly adapt to new tools, will be critical in driving client success and ensuring that outcomes align with their strategic objectives
• Architect and implement solutions for Jira Service Management (JSM) based on ITIL and ITSM best practices
• Demo Jira Service Management to clients, showcasing features and functionalities effectively
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team of engineers, designers, DevOps, and clients
• Provide exceptional written and verbal communication, particularly via video, phone, email, and chat
• Stay up-to-date with ITSM practices and Atlassian product best practices to transform client configurations
• Consult with clients and the team on process improvements related to ITSM and ITIL
• Quickly learn and understand specific client ITSM processes and translate them into actionable requirements
