Who you are
- Demonstrated experience developing software and passion about web technologies
- 3+ years in Product Development as a software engineer
- Strong communication skills, comfortable leading discovery discussions
- Strong collaborator who enjoys working with other departments to proactively solve problems
- Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical people
- You enjoy taking ownership and being proactive
- Are passionate about the business and product aspects of software development
- Exhibit a growth mindset, adapting to CoachHub’s technology stack and continually improving communication skills
- Have professional english proficiency - other languages are welcome too
What the job involves
- As a Solution Engineer you will play a crucial role in our Client Solutions team, where you will help drive impactful solutions and add customizability to the CoachHub platform
- Build fullstack features across the whole range of CoachHub’s core product and tech-stack
- Interact and lead discovery discussions with stakeholders across various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Software Architects, Engineering, Data, Finance, Behavioral Science, and Legal
- Own and deliver smaller projects independently as well as collaborate with your team on larger cross-functional projects
- Pre-Sales support as tech advisor
