Who you are

  • Proven experience in driving revenue growth and repeatable sales motions
  • Skilled in account expansion, growing customers from smaller deals to high-value contracts
  • Hands-on approach to lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • A positive, proactive mindset with strong communication, relationship building and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and new challenges
  • Ideal: Background in selling solutions to the construction industry, with knowledge of construction operations and the respective software landscape

What the job involves

  • We're looking for a UK Account Executive to spearhead our growth in the UK market
  • You'll build and expand accounts, working closely with our leadership team and reporting directly to our CEO
  • You'll handle full-cycle sales, from following up on leads to closing deals
  • Drive both project sales and enterprise-level solution selling, focusing on "land and expand" strategies for UK-based Tier 1 & 2 construction companies
  • Manage existing major accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Win new projects and foster enterprise rollouts
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the UK construction industry. Support networking events, trade shows, and field marketing campaigns

Our take

Large-scale construction projects are highly complex to manage, often leading to the wasting of time, money, and resources. Project management platforms exist for many other industries to tackle this exact problem, yet the construction industry does not reflect this, often considered to be technophobic.

Sablono provides an online platform for the management, monitoring, and execution of large-scale construction projects, integrating time management, quality control, and financing into the end-to-end platform. Through a smartphone app, workers are able to log their progress on sub-tasks, contributing towards a data-driven dashboard for the generation of insights and progress reports for project managers using the online platform.

Whilst project management platforms are nothing new, Sablono has made a smart move by recognising the lack of software and the purposes that it may serve in the construction industry. By providing a simple smartphone app for workers to provide real-time progress and managers an end-to-end platform for progress and financial analytics, the company shows great potential to increase efficiency whilst saving construction companies money, time, and resources.
