Who you are

  • 5 plus years’ experience in Compensation, Total Rewards or related function
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets effectively
  • Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods, procedures and techniques
  • Experience working in fast paced/hi-tech organizations
  • Experience creating compensation structures, survey data analysis, building programs and policies from the ground up
  • Workday expertise, in particular reporting experience, highly desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); Expert at Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance or related field or equivalent experience

Desirable

  • All prior work experience is Compensation-specific
  • A compensation-related certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP)
  • Experience working with publicly-traded high-tech organizations

What the job involves

  • The Senior Compensation Partner will play an instrumental role in managing rewards programs that reinforces CrowdStrike’s business strategy, drives performance and puts us in the forefront of attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. As part of your portfolio, you will be the compensation partner for all countries based out of EMEA
  • Reporting to the Senior Compensation Manager, you will join a high-performing compensation team that is not only recognized for their subject matter expertise but also for being trusted partners to the business and within HR
  • Lead, participate and partner on regional compensation projects and initiatives ranging from design to implementation and communication
  • Lead annual compensation analysis for benchmarking all programs and providing recommendations that allow CrowdStrike to remain competitive in the space
  • Function as an advisor to the business, serve as a subject matter expert on compensation topics to enable business outcomes and influence decisions that are aligned with CrowdStrike’s compensation philosophy and core values
  • Partner with the business and/or internal HR partners to consult on compensation-related matters such as strategic new hire compensation, global mobility, and retention plans for top performers
  • Provide in-region support to core programs related to annual and mid-year compensation planning review cycles, bonus and other pay related initiatives
  • Manage survey data submissions
  • Maintain compensation infrastructure (e.g., job codes, job families, integrity of system of record)
  • Enhance communication and effectiveness of our compensation programs, including leading compensation-related education
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure fair and consistent compensation practices
  • Participate in job architecture design and evaluation initiatives
  • Monitor legal and regulatory environment impacting compensation and ensure compliance with changing landscape, including regional pay equity developments
