Who you are
- 5 years of experience in product management, data science, or related roles, preferably within a technology-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
- Extensive experience working with predictive modeling and experimentation techniques to derive insights and drive business outcomes
- Proven track record of leading the development and launch of data-driven products from concept to production
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement

What the job involves
- Justworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to work collaboratively with Data Science, Design and Engineering
- Product Managers are responsible for scoping and guiding products to launch, guiding the iterative improvement process, and considering both internal and external needs
- Develop a strategy for data products to measure and accelerate our growth flywheel
- Define product requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and driving product development from concept to launch and partner with data teams on execution of product analytics, predictive modeling, and experimentation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive product development from concept to launch
- Identify opportunities to unlock value from our data assets through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and experimentation techniques
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of data products, iterating and optimizing based on feedback and insights
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and decision-making
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, predictive modeling, and experimentation to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
