Role

Who you are

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a sales environment
  • Desire and commitment to be successful in sales and to keep up to date with evolving sales methodology, particularly for Enterprise software sales
  • Strong commercial mindset and capacity to learn quickly
  • Positive outlook and ability to be accountable for success and learn from failures
  • Communication - Excellent written, personal and presentation skills
  • Proficient IT skills in using Microsoft Office software
  • Experience of communicating from Senior to C-level suite
  • Experience of B2B software sales or SAAS software sales
  • Understanding of using CRM or other Sales Management systems
  • Third level Qualification preferred but not essential

What the job involves

  • Engaging with our target Residential Surveying prospects base to share knowledge and understanding about our product and the value it provides
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Securing follow up presentation and demonstration bookings through proactive outreach
  • Learning the operation of the GoReport Product suite and be capable of presenting and demonstrating its benefits and value to prospects, predominantly via webinar
  • Preparing quotes for the customer and negotiating contracts before closing the sale
  • Aiming to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Providing accurate weekly forecasting and activity logging using a CRM system
  • Keeping up to date with trends in the technology and surveying industry
  • Proactively involving yourself in new initiatives that contribute to the continued success of GoReport and develop your career
