Senior Software Engineer, Personio

• 3+ years of software development experience, backend focused or full-stack experience preferred
• Strong skills in writing efficient, performant and extensible code using the right tools and patterns to implement the functionalities that add value to our customers
• Track record of working in an agile setup using continuous deployment and delivery
• Experience with event-driven architectures, domain-driven design, and eventual consistency

• As a Senior Engineer, you will be a bar raiser in a mission-based team within the Personio Engineering organization, working on the team's most complex projects
• All Senior Engineers are coding hands-on and will be instrumental in the technical strategy of the team
• Additionally, you will not only be a technical expert but also a mentor, playing a crucial role in cultivating a collaborative and innovative culture within our growing team, setting the foundation for our team initiatives

• Taking responsibility for delivery of larger in-team projects that may have a high level of uncertainty and risk, with a pragmatic approach to estimation, scoping and planning
