• This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment in a role that is expected to grow rapidly alongside the business growth ambitions. You will provide B2B client-facing support to our external clients, managing incoming requests, and coordinating actions across the wider Numito team. The culture that we are building at Numito is that of a tight, ambitious, focussed group of people who all work from the office. Our Product, Operational and Development Teams are based in Central London, and we operate a flat hierarchy where every level of leadership is available to every employee. Although we offer flexibility, because of the environment we are trying to create and the nature of our relationship with our clients, this is an office-based role.
• Handle all client inquiries through face-to-face, email, live chat, handling a wide range of queries.
• Develop in depth knowledge of our product to help advise our clients and troubleshoot issues alongside our technical team.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and sharing insights with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Freedom to evolve our Service Management function, including processes and procedures, but also larger scale initiatives.
• Opportunity to grow the position into a wider role across our operations, product and technology teams.
