• The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency in Tableau to deliver impactful solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5 years as a Data Strategist, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on Tableau
• Expertise in data visualization principles and best practices, particularly using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with large data sets and databases (SQL, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• The Data Analyst specializing in Tableau, will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets and transforming them into actionable insights that drive business decisions
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and develop effective data visualization strategies using Tableau
• Analyze critical and complex data sets based on reporting requirements, that can help the ETL developer to model the data in snowflake
• Develop and implement data visualization strategies using Tableau to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making
• Create views in Snowflake which can be used as data sources in Tableau
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate requirements into effective Tableau dashboards and reports
• Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders at various levels within the organization
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to best practices
• Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data, reports and dashboards across reporting tools
