Who you are

  • Successful candidates are fluent in insights and research outputs and are able to translate business and reporting needs into design specifications, ensuring accuracy, quality, and validation to meet Clients’ insights needs
  • Familiar and have some experience with analyzing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information
  • Demonstrated experience in documenting research and analytical requirements into specifications for execution
  • Some understanding of and experience with working with survey research and other related data inputs
  • Some analytical skills and experience with common survey metrics and descriptive statistics, including strong comfort level in working with numbers and metric calculations
  • Proficient in general Excel and PowerPoint, especially with charting and formatting skills
  • Experienced in computational skills in software, such as formulas or syntax in Excel and SPSS
  • Quick to learn proprietary software and data platforms
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to identify less than optimal processes and standards and offer improvement solutions and suggestions, lead initiatives to optimize processes for better efficiency and quality
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in a related field(s), such as research or insights (experience in a services or consulting capacity a plus but not required)
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Our global team is responsible for making sense out of all channels of experience data, illuminating blind spots for our clients and providing actionable insights and predictive recommendations that drive business value
  • At our heart, we absolutely love working with data to illuminate actionable next steps that our clients otherwise would not be able to see. We are passionate about data, consumer insights and providing advisory based guidance that results in superior customer, business and employee experiences
  • Strategic Insights Specialist will work with Senior Insights Consultants to assist in design and management of online and offline reporting elements, with the goal of delivering high-quality insights reports and action-driving executive presentations to our Clients
  • Design, create, and oversee execution of data and analytic processes to produce inputs for insights explorations and reporting, including report outlines, creating and updating specs, guidance for Q&A, and validation of produced inputs
  • Assist in insights reporting activities, including validation and completion up to project specifications
  • Assist in insights headlines for final report and presentation delivery
  • Design, create, and execute with high level of attention to detail to ensure perfect quality of deliverables
  • Independently use best practices, creative thinking, and a consultative approach with internal teams and provide solutions that bring in efficiencies, better quality, and add value for clients
  • Ask questions so as to identify the root causes of issues versus symptoms, participate in creative and effective solutions
