What the job involves

  • As a Senior Strategy and Business Operations Manager, you will be spearheading the launch of new strategic initiatives, driving market expansion efforts, and supporting the overall development and execution of the company’s strategy and business operations
  • Strategic Initiatives Development:
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Strategy to identify, develop, and implement new strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation
  • Market Expansion:
  • Lead efforts to explore and enter new markets, including conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and developing go-to-market strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and execution
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine market strategies
  • Business Intelligence
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational and strategic outcomes
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in business strategy execution

The startup claims that their software increases conversion rates from traditional leasing methods and tools by more than 65%, responding instantly to 90% of custom inquiries for over 250,000 properties. 60% of the top 50 real estate businesses in the US use EliseAI, whilst 30 million residents and prospective customers have had conversations with the AI.

Estate agents across the globe have developed digital platforms to serve customers digitally. However, EliseAI presents an all-in-one solution that aims to support estate agents and their clients, regardless of whether in-person communication is possible. Funding secured by the company will be used by to propel its growth and prop up its already secured equity capital.
