Who you are

  • In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube
  • Fluent in French and English

  • Ideally, with a rhythm apprentice with 4 days with us, 1 day at school / per week

What the job involves

  • As BTC Marketing Apprentice you will be part of our international, multidisciplinary Marketing community, with a focus on France. You will execute and support Social Media activity, including proactive posting, and reactive engagement
  • Reporting to the B2C Marketing Manager for France
  • Publish social media content that is produced by our Global Creative team
  • Lead and organization of the TGTG France editorial planning
  • Translation, voice over and subtitle creation of global content
  • Lead ongoing, always-on community management across social media channels
  • Create ads and local content on a weekly basis (videos and static post)
  • Work with our local Customer Care team to identify and hand over consumer feedback and negative comments
  • Identify local trends and propose local opportunities for social media
  • Reporting and analysis of our owned channel to your manager
  • Partnership management support with the B2C marketing manager
  • Influencer support management with your manager

Our take

With more than one-third of food wasted in shops and restaurants, tonnes of otherwise quality goods are unnecessarily lost. Too Good To Go connects customers to restaurants and stores that have unsold, surplus food, offering steep discounts. Through this, businesses can sell surplus meals that would've otherwise gone to waste, and the environment wins as no food is wasted.

The company has certainly found its niche with sustainability-conscious consumers (a group that is growing in size as environmentally-focused consumers get more spending power). Too Good To Go's app has over 90M users across 18 countries and 215,000+ partners including retailers, hotels and restaurants such as ALDI, Carrefour, Accor and YO! Sushi.

The company is also creating a food waste movement website intended to be an informative source of knowledge regarding the issue. This is part of a wider strategy at raising awareness of the food waste problem, to get more users on board and further help the planet.
