Role

Who you are

  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
  • Experience with Service and Software related Invoices
  • Experience Managing multiple AP mailbox and/or high-volume AP inboxes
  • Experience in Working in a high growth/fast paced environment
  • W9 and 1099 knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with ERP Systems, especially in Workday is a plus
  • Experience with the P.O.’s and three-way match processes preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to own and follow up on issues until completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines and work independently

What the job involves

  • This role reports directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and will play an integral and supportive role in the Accounts Payable and Employee Expense business process
  • In addition, this position will support month- end tasks
  • 3-Way matching: Process P.O. invoices on a daily basis in an efficient and timely manner
  • Non-P.O. invoice processing following our spend policy
  • Maintain and update our Supplier records in our system
  • Manage and verify expense reports, ensuring their compliance with company policies
  • Classify invoices and expense reports with correct GL accounts and departments, ensuring proper entry into the financial system
  • Investigate and resolve problems associated with the processing of invoices and expense reports
  • Work with Internal Stakeholders to provide guidance on our AP procedures and work to resolve compliance to our policy
  • Receive, research, and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning payment status
  • Resolve discrepancies related to invoices to appropriate vendors or points of contact
  • Assist with monthly closings, preparation of support, and tasks as required to support the Accounting Department
  • Potential ad-hoc projects and assignments
  • Generate yearly 1099 tax documents and obtain W-9 forms from vendors

In addition, the company launched its next-generation operating system, Titan Intelligence, providing a suite of AI-based solutions. ServiceTitan is well set to experience further growth.
