  • The ideal candidate has a track record of success in marketing strategy, and a strong background in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

What the job involves

  • The role is a Fixed Term Contract (12 months). We are looking for a talented Snr. Marketing Manager to grow the footprint of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program
  • The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience
  • You will be responsible for a number of strategic projects that underpin our brand and performance marketing strategy across EU & APAC, in order to grow brand awareness and generate inbound leads into the application funnel
  • The role is broad in scope covering responsibility for customer insight, marketing mix choices (channels and investment levels), marketing budget ownership and spend optimization, agency management, measurement/ evaluation and reporting results to senior leaders
  • This role will also support international expansion across APAC and MENA
  • The ideal candidate will be able to move between strategy and execution on a daily basis
  • Support the development of the overall integrated marketing and communication strategy
  • Own the market research strategy to identify insights and targeting strategies
  • Refine Amazon’s DSP proposition to differentiate the program from competition and oversee execution across audience segments and channels
  • Possess a deep understanding of our audience segmentation and digital product
  • Own the measurement framework, inclusive of brand health metrics and channel attribution models
  • Run creative and message testing across the marketing funnel and different channels to drive perception and engagement
  • Automate and improve triggered communication throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to deliver a best in class experience across the marketing funnel

On top of this, the company's e-commerce division is facing profitability problems despite its 2023 post-IPO debt funding of 8 billion. It will need to find new ways to stay above their competitors.
