  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or a technical customer-facing role, such as working with implementing a SaaS Solution
  • Background working with complex digital products, preferably SaaS solutions
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and engage
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address diverse customer needs
  • A team player who values collective success and collaboration
  • Motivated by the challenge of entering new markets and driving growth
  • Experience with CRM systems in the e-commerce industry is highly meritorious (experience with Voyado Engage is a strong plus)

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of Voyado Engage
  • Address technical challenges, customizing solutions to ensure alignment with client requirements
  • Act as a bridge between sales and product teams, translating technical details into clear business benefits
  • Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
