Community Manager, Self Space

• Prior experience owning and growing an online community - D2C or B2B
• Experience in similar roles within startup environments (workplace wellbeing and mental health a bonus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

• Community Management: Oversee and manage our community platform, ensuring a vibrant, active, and engaged online community. Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement and retention. Manage our relationships with the platform provider, ensuring we implement the latest features and functionality
• Event Coordination: Organise and execute online talks, forums, webinars, and events that resonate with our community members. Create and curate content that resonates with our audience and promotes meaningful discussions. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and deliver high-quality content and experiences
• Member Experience: Lead initiatives to improve the member experience. Monitor community feedback and work closely with our team to enhance the member experience and address concerns
• Social Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider brand and comms team to grow our social media presence, fostering meaningful conversations and connections among community members. Monitor social channels and respond to community interactions in a timely and supportive manner
• Bridge Between Departments: Serve as a link between marketing, Psyched, and our members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Support marketing campaigns and initiatives by leveraging community insights and feedback
• Advocacy and Growth: Promote positive cultural change around mental health through community engagement and advocacy. Identify opportunities to expand our reach and impact within the mental health ecosystem
