Who you are

  • This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the SaaS or B2B space
  • Experience engaging with enterprise-level customers and managing complex sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless approach to tackling challenges and pursuing ambitious goals
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in German, and/or Italian, English and any other European Languages is a great plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Experience in the real estate or related industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with selling data-driven solutions or analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of European enterprise sales markets, particularly in Germany (DACH region) and/or Italy, as well as Portugal, Spain, France

What the job involves

  • Identify, prospect and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise-sized organizations within the real estate sector
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to engage potential customers and demonstrate the value of our SaaS & DaaS solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, key stakeholders, partners, decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
  • Manage existing relationships and identify new opportunities within existing customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our platform
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s growth and market presence
