  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical thinking, curiosity and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Expert SQL knowledge (we use BigQuery)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (we use Tableau)
  • Experience with statistical techniques for predictive analytics
  • You are able to facilitate and navigate cross-team collaboration
  • Ability to communicate complex results to less quantitatively sophisticated users
  • Easiness to conceptualise (including setting the right requirements in terms of Data & modelling capabilities) and extract insights from Data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to play a key role in enhancing our business insights and decision-making processes
  • In this position, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decisions. The focus will be on leveraging data to optimize various aspects of our business
  • Providing cross-functional analytical and decision support services, including advanced reporting, enterprise data analysis, and data management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically Marketing and Operations, to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Utilise statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key performance indicators
