What the job involves

  • Define and lead the overarching creative vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives
  • Inspire and guide the creative team to produce exceptional, innovative, and impactful work that resonates with target audiences and stands out in the marketplace
  • Act as the champion of creativity within the organization, advocating for bold and effective ideas that balance innovation with commercial viability
  • Own the development and implementation of the creative strategy, ensuring it supports both brand and performance marketing goals
  • Lead the ideation and execution of creative concepts, ensuring all content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and compliant with industry regulations
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to inform creative decision-making, identifying areas for optimization and innovation
  • Develop creative testing processes to experiment with new messaging, positioning hypotheses, and formats, scaling successful approaches
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Provide clear guidance and constructive feedback to enhance the skills and output of team members
  • Oversee the Video Team and manage the on-site video studio, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality content production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and regional stakeholders, to ensure creative solutions meet business objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on creative goals, testing methodologies, and reporting
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment
  • Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all creative content aligns with the company’s tone, values, visual standards, and proposition
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and cultural shifts to keep the brand fresh, competitive, and relevant in diverse markets
  • Ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints, while adapting for local nuances and audience insights
  • Monitor and report on the performance of creative assets across key channels, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a creative performance dashboard in collaboration with key stakeholders
