Who you are

  • We’re looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, passionate about people and eager to help our business grow

  • You should be savvy with, and comfortable using an ATS (we use Greenhouse) as well as LinkedIn and other sourcing methods
  • A highly motivated, accomplished recruiter with an appetite for fast paced environments
  • A reliable partner to the business -- you possess a great deal of knowledge about talent in the B2B SaaS space -- you know who to look for and where, you understand the competencies and skills necessary to succeed and know how to properly vet candidates to uncover those competencies

  • Organized and methodical: You’ll be working on various roles across the organization and we want to create a world-class experience for the hiring managers we support and the candidates we meet

What the job involves

  • Reports to: Global Head of Talent, Revenue
  • This is a high-impact, high-volume recruiting role
  • AlphaSense is growing incredibly fast and the Talent Acquisition team fuels that growth by hiring exceptional people
  • You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across our Sales and Marketing teams and have the ability to flex to other functional roles on an as-needed basis
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on Sales roles (Sales Leadership, Enterprise Account Executives, Customer Success, RevOps, and Enablement)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads from kick-off to close on each search; ensuring flawless process execution
  • Establish and build a high level of trust and rapport with hiring teams and stakeholders across the business
  • Learn how each department within AlphaSense functions, and cater your recruiting style to suit each hiring manager and area of the business
  • Conceptualize and execute applicant sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and various other platforms to engage with passive talent
  • Provide a thoughtful, personal, and seamless candidate experience
  • Be an ambassador for AlphaSense, helping to grow our employer brand through various events and partnerships

Manual research can be a serious pain : financial analysts spend hours every week searching through PDFs one keyword at a time, just to find a single usable insight. To remedy this, AlphaSense has built a smart search engine that slashes research time for analysts, using thousands of sources and a semantic indexing layer that can effectively query finance-specific language.

As a disruptor and market leader in this field AlphaSense has few direct competitors, being most closely compared to Wolfram Alpha or LexisNexis. It helps that its tools are undoubtedly effective and valued by knowledge professionals: the company counts about 85% of the S&P 100 as customers and is trusted by J.P.Morgan, Microsoft, Credit Suisse and Google, among other major enterprises.

Having raised a large amount of funding over 2022 and 2023, AlphaSense has moved quickly to double down on its expansion in European markets, opening an office in Berlin to support this. With 2024 seeing investment from Singaporean EDBI, it is now setting its sights on the Asia-Pacific region. As business intelligence will remain key for enterprises as they compete for market share, AlphaSense is well-placed for additional future growth.
