What the job involves

  • The Data Science team is expanding and is looking for a Senior Product Manager. We’re investing in a product manager with strategic product vision, sense, and execution in cybersecurity, machine learning, and operational capacity.
  • Your primary focus will be to understand and drive the requirements of our cybersecurity models, develop and execute a roadmap aligned with internal stakeholders and customers, intake, parse, and triage operational requests, and set outcome-based northstar metrics for your domain. You will be the first hire of a new and growing team reporting to the Senior Director of Data Science Strategy
  • Work at the intersection of Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, and Product Management
  • Attend and resolve customer escalations related to our cybersecurity models
  • Work with our internal stakeholders to gather requirements and needs and represent our customer needs to stakeholders and our executive team
  • Identify, define, and prioritize key business intelligence in order to identify and solve field deployment concerns
  • Evaluate our posture against current and new threats and identify, define, and prioritize threat research models
  • Gain deep understanding of our cybersecurity models and apply your domain knowledge to work with our team on better customer outcomes
  • Evaluate our existing operational models and identify, define, and prioritize improvements and enhancements
  • Be strategic and ruthless in your prioritization
  • Develop and execute our operational roadmap
  • Utilize your keen product sense to take necessary tradeoffs to establish and reach your northstar metrics
  • Relentless focus on customer outcomes
  • Create order out of complex environments
