Who you are

  • Ushur is looking for a passionate, experienced Product Manager to help build the future of Customer Experience Automation
  • Looking for an individual who possesses an understanding of automation and AI and how the two can be leveraged to improve end-to-end-customer experiences for large enterprises

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience building and shipping products that span the enterprise and consumer needs across a range of business scenarios
  • Experience with solving operational, customer service or process improvement challenges through software
  • Experience with B2B2C customer-facing SaaS products like SMS, Email, and Conversational Al-based apps preferred
  • Understanding of enterprise / B2B go-to-market and experience uncovering and managing enterprise customer expectations
  • Have the ability to identify risks and make them quickly visible to support a transparent and highly collaborative environment
  • An understanding of the insurance, healthcare and/or financial services verticals are a huge plus

What the job involves

  • Lead the development and execution of our channel products while ensuring they align with the company’s overall strategy and vision
  • Champion customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities across the organization and develop a shared understanding of the product area vision
  • Understand the market landscape and review competition to bring business insight to the team
  • Lead a team through product discovery, experimentation, usability testing, and the launch of innovative product and product improvements
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success & make informed decisions
  • Partner with your peer engineering and design teams to deliver best-in-class products on time
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
  • Continuously analyze and improve products based on customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends
