  • Strong Marketo experience required; proficiency in Salesforce and other marketing systems (Outreach, Zoominfo, Qualified, UserGems, and more)

  • Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" marketing duties as needed to support the team and business
  • This is a hybrid position based in Austin, Texas. Must live in Austin or the surrounding areas

What the job involves

  • AlertMedia is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management
  • You’ll also conduct data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions across the entire marketing team and other parts of the business
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the marketing funnel and operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business
  • Define and deliver recommendations to improve funnel performance for marketing management & other stakeholders
  • Consistently optimize marketing processes and technologies through automations and integrations
  • Build and maintain lead scoring program to help with lead prioritization and reporting
  • Manage all aspects of lead to opportunity funnel, including statuses and reporting
  • Ensure data quality within the marketing database
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve marketing performance
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the revenue operations team to ensure optimal processes & practices throughout the lead lifecycle
