What the job involves

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team
  • As an SDR at Lodgify, you will play a vital role in generating and qualifying leads, as well as prequalifying inbound prospects to drive our sales efforts
  • Prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email
  • Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs
  • Handle chats and incoming calls from prospective customers, effectively identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution
  • Generate, qualify, and review new leads, ensuring a consistent flow of potential customers
  • Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads, enabling them to close deals efficiently
  • Use our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated with precision
