Role
Who you are
- Experience working in startups, and B2C mobile-first products
- Experience with product optimisation and experimentation processes, including A/B and multivariate testing
- Experience designing for iOS and Android, as well as responsive web
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and visual refinement
- Experience facilitating and leading user research, and proficiency with research methodologies
- The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
- Clearly articulate your thoughts and design decisions. Effectively bring others along on the journey with you

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives on problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Data, Clinical and Engineering teams to evolve our product experience towards our vision. Uncover opportunities to help our patients achieve their health goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is transforming healthcare
- Leading design thinking from research to implementation, covering: user stories, product hypothesis, user research, ideation, wireframing, and prototyping
- Working closely with engineers to ensure high-quality feature launches
- Breaking down complex workflows into manageable deliverables, guiding the team on ways to feasibly validate product ideas
- Proposing product opportunities supported by data, balancing customer needs and business objectives
- Fostering collaboration across teams to identify new opportunities and ways to evolve our product experience to better satisfy user needs
- Enjoy solving complex product challenges and focus on addressing core issues
- Working with the product owner to identify key metrics for the projects you are involved in, and taking ownership of achieving and evaluating results
- Facilitating user research to understand our customers' needs and aspirations
- Maturing our design system, ensuring consistency across our multiple platforms
