Who you are

  • We are looking for a highly analytical, outcome oriented individual,
  • Our ideal candidate will be a high potential individual, who is a mix of strong business athlete and an exceptional influencer and relationship builder
  • In addition, strong understanding of Small Business business models and command of P&Ls is a must
  • Ambitious, high energy, strategic thinker with experience in start-ups or fast-paced highly entrepreneurial environments; excited to dive into tough problems and drive change in a fast paced environment
  • 7+ years experience in healthcare, technology, and/or services related business, working in Strategy, Business Operations, Finance, Business Development or sales experience
  • 3+ years of direct Business Development or Sales experience, selling a complex solution, with a proven track record on consistently delivering transactions
  • Experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Product Management or Finance preferred but not required
  • Track record of displaying command of products/services, complex legal and regulatory environments and staying current with market trends
  • Experience selling products that are early in the adoption curve strongly preferred
  • Thorough understanding of SMB P&Ls with experience reviewing, assessing, and making recommendations - required
  • Strong track record of relationship building, creating a personal network and negotiating
  • Skilled at cross-functional coordination and influence to drive deals quickly and efficiently across organizations
  • Excellent written and communication skills, proven ability to communicate and manage relationships with executives, clients/partners as well as operators within organization
  • Strong analytical skills required; proficiency with tools such as Looker, SQL and Python a plus
  • Accomplished at rigorously prioritizing competing asks, tasks and projects; obsessively organized and detail oriented
  • Experience selling to Small Businesses preferred but not required
  • B.A./B.S. degree in technical or business fields; MBA preferred

What the job involves

  • Educate and convince partners on an emerging and innovative elderly care service that has the potential to revolutionize the Home Care industry
  • In this role, the candidate will be building relationships with Franchise Owners and influence them on alternative, technology driven Operating and Business Model to run their franchises
  • Building credibility with this incredible business owner network requires the candidate to be able to deeply understand and solve problems collaboratively [not just tee-up problems] with a variety of internal teams - Product, Operations, Financial, Legal
  • Have a command of industry and owner specific business models - traditional and on Care Platform, to shape their Partner Development engagements
  • Develop compelling pitches that are tailored around each Franchise owners’ needs, highlighting value propositions objectively for our service to drive transactions
  • Build and nurture relationships with Franchise Owners in your territories to understand their unique needs and influence adoption
  • Collaboratively solve problems with Finance, Operations, Product, Legal and others to eliminate challenges/blockers for potential transactions
  • Owns transactions from “pitch” to close including negotiation and cross-functional alignment with operations, legal and product to meet or exceed targets
  • Independently identify growth opportunities, informed by data analysis, and shape our sales strategy to accelerate adoption of Care Platform
  • Channel feedback from FOs constructively to Product and Operation organizations, catalyzing critical Platform improvements and drive future conversion
  • Develop and execute a Quarterly Plan - including goal setting, priorities, campaign schedules, identification of biggest risks and opportunities
  • Drive insights to shape and improve owner engagement that improves conversion, Franchise Owner experience and shorten transaction lead time
  • Collaborate with the rest of the GTM team, Marketing, Comms and Creative Services to build content that influences FOs and compels owners to act
  • Become an evangelist for Care Platform at franchise network or industry events
  • Expected travel once every month or so which may include overnight stays in territory
