What the job involves

  • We are looking for people to lead our engineering teams in building upon this success, as we grow to play a key part in redefining the future of business banking with next generation financial tools and products
  • As a Lead Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of technical excellence, keeping processes lean and efficient, and helping team members grow and develop their career
  • Lead a squad of 4-6 Engineers
  • Responsible for technical delivery and ensuring that the squad understands and focuses on the goal
  • Coach and mentor engineers so that they are improving and engaged
  • Measure your success in terms of business impact, not lines of code
  • Internalise the best ideas from across the organisation, humbly setting a vision that others can get behind
