- 4+ years' experience in an IT administrative focused role
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Daily presence in the Berlin office

What the job involves
- We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to assist our IT team for the Berlin headquarters and our global offices
- Inspection of all company network equipment, performing backups and firmware updates (switches, routers, VOIP, servers, and related accessories), as well as troubleshooting any unusual behavior and errors
- Proactive audits of network infrastructure: daily review logs and reports, verify errors and scheduling fixes
- Installation of new network devices according to scheduled initiatives
- Server OS Management (updates, patches, troubleshooting server's errors, etc.)
- VM administration (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Webmaster (limited support and development of company website)
- Work closely with the other IT teams on projects to improve the performance of tech-related services
