Who you are

  • 3-4 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills - able to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and working with marketing agencies
  • Proficiency in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work in-office in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What the job involves

  • Way is hiring a growth marketing manager to test, develop, and execute strategies that drive growth across the entire funnel.
  • As Way’s only growth marketing manager, you will work closely with content and product marketing, our VP of Marketing, and various departments to ensure our marketing campaigns are effective, efficient, and consistently aligned with our business objectives
  • Manage Paid Advertising: Collaborate with a paid marketing agency to develop and manage our paid advertising strategy, ensuring pipeline generation with increasing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Launch and manage campaigns, analyze performance, and implement actionable changes accelerating conversions
  • Performance Reporting: Track performance metrics, report results, and identify opportunities for improvement to stakeholders
  • Marketing Experiments: Test lead and pipeline generation across multiple channels, including advertising, partnerships, customer-led growth, outbound, ABM, events, and conversion rate optimization
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the VP of Marketing, Product Marketing Lead, Content Lead, and Designers in promoting product launches, content, and other marketing campaigns
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools for personalized communication, lead nurturing, and improved campaign efficiency

Way’s brand activation platform is used by boutique hotel groups and independent hotels to curate and offer experiences & events to boost brand awareness and loyalty. The company was founded on the belief that consumers far prefer spending on experiences than products.

Since being founded in 2020, Way has picked up a number of well known hotel brands including Salt Hotels and Life House Hotels in North America. The fact that it's already expanded to an office in Paris is a good indication of its strong growth.

Since securing major funding from Tiger Global, Way has also been adding to its executive team as it looks to expand even further on the international front. Indeed, plans are in motion to pivot into adjacent sectors including retail and media, where brand activation experiences are also growing in demand.
