Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Clear and efficient oral and written communication in English is a must
- Have worked in an SA or Presales role with a B2B SaaS (Ideally LOC Industry) provider
- Experience in SAAS onboarding is preferable
- Experience in integration projects involving API and connectors
- Hands-on machine translation experience is a plus
- Software development experience specifically scripting experience in Python is preferred, C#, JavaScript, Google App Script, Ruby, PowerShell a bonus
- Technical proficiency in content-related solutions and systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to drive multiple projects toward completion in parallel
What the job involves
- As a Solution Architect you will be acting as a consultant to our customers making sure that they get the best out of our platforms whilst actively leading the technical vision to success
- You will play a central role in Phrase's efforts to introduce and successfully implement cutting edge localization solutions into some of the biggest and most varied businesses in the US
- Being a subject matter expert in translation and localization process optimization and best practices
- Understanding and aligning customer technology stack to optimize localization process
- Providing technical support for sales team via on-site and remote client meetings
- Preparing queries, writing proposals, and completing RFP documentation during the solution development phase of new opportunities
- Supporting customers during the onboarding process with custom trainings based on their localization requirements
- Supporting Customer Success Managers for complex customer queries
- Working closely with the product team to make sure that customer requirements are mapped and understood
- Tracking existing technology solutions and following the latest trends and developments in the localization industry
- Attending trade shows, speaking at conferences, and maintaining a visible presence through social platforms

- You’ll meet the manager you’ll report to
- There will be some kind of skill assessment, such as a coding or design task, a role play, or a business case
- You’ll meet some of the main stakeholders and team members. Your talent acquisition partner will guide you all the way through, keep you updated, tell you who you’re going to meet next, and where you’re standing
- Some things to consider:
- Our entire interview process is virtual. We work with Google Meet and Zoom
- We assess your skill set, but we’re also interested in seeing if your values and goals align with ours
- Once we know you and you know us, it’s time for all of us to make a decision
- We aim to make hiring decisions within a couple of days. This can be delayed if we have several people interviewing for the same role, but we’ll keep you updated. We hope for you to do the same for us
- If there are any questions or changes, your talent acquisition partner will be available for you
