What the job involves

  • As a Product Manager at InMoment, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products, from conception to release
  • Your responsibilities will span across product analysis, planning, quality assurance, testing, and eventual release
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and sales to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals

Application process

  • Application Review
  • Once we have received your application, a team member will review your resume
  • If your experience is aligned with the requirements for the role and you could be a potential match, we will schedule a call to learn more about you
  • If we don't think you are a match for this particular role, we will let you know as soon as possible via email
  • Brief Phone Chat
  • If you are moved to this stage of the process, it means that your resume has been reviewed and we want to learn more about your skills and experience
  • One of our team members will schedule a 20-30 minute phone call to see if we could be a potential fit for each other—we do recognize that the interview process goes both ways, and we want to ensure that we are fully aligned
  • If we don't think that you are a fit this time around, we will let you know as soon as possible after the call
  • We kindly ask that you would do the same if you for any reason don't think this role is quite the right fit for you
  • Hiring Manager Interview
  • If the phone call was successful on both ends, you will be invited to meet with your potential future manager for a 45-60 minute interview
  • We will go more in-depth about your experience, how that fits the role, and what motivates you in the workplace
  • This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about us and dig deeper into the responsibilities of the role
  • We will be transparent and honest with you, so if you have any questions off the back of the last call, make sure you ask them
  • If you are not moved forward in the process at this stage, we will let you know via email as soon as possible after the interview
  • Meet the Team
  • In this 45-60 minute video interview, you will get to meet some internal stakeholders who you would be interacting with on a regular basis if you were to be hired
  • The purpose of this interview is for you to get a better understanding of what a day in life would be like, and for us to get other perspectives on your skills and experience, and how those could potentially add to the overall team
  • If you are not chosen as a match this time around, we will give you feedback as soon as possible after the interview
  • Offer
  • At this stage, we hope to call you our co-worker in the very near future! Once we are fully aligned, we will make you a formal offer which will be sent to you digitally via DocuSign
  • Once you have signed your Offer Letter digitally, a member of our HR team will be in touch to kick off your onboarding process
