What the job involves

  • As Customer Engagement Manager you will play a key role in our growth. You will be responsible for building relationships with future customers, identifying pain points, matching their requirements to our solutions and helping to guide and educate them through the sales process.
  • Building relationships with our future customers, understanding pain points, requirements and matching to potential RoleMapper solutions
  • Navigating customers through the sales process, providing guidance and education to support internal decision-making
  • Collaborating with and supporting the team to shape the solution and progress customers through the sales pipeline
  • Working with the Customer Success team to ensure a great onboarding experience for new customers

Our take

Recruitment teams are under increasing pressure both to design jobs that can net top talent in a hot labour market, and to advertise them in such a way as to draw in diverse candidate pools. All this takes time, and a lot of back-and-forth between teams, which in turn can lead to error, a lack of attention to diversity requirements, and bloated recruitment periods.

RoleMapper has developed a modular platform which centralises all job data and documents, and through which recruitment teams can simplify and automate different parts (or the entirety) of the process. Job ad content can be AI-generated or augmented, collaborated upon through built-in workflows, monitored for diversity compliance, and analysed through the insights dashboard.

The company is modestly sized as things stand, but has consistently won national awards for its work. Plus, it’s supported by a lively and growing UK recruitment tech sector scene, in which it’s driving to distinguish itself by developing new tools that facilitate flexible job listings.
