What the job involves
- As a Group Product Manager for Xplor Pay, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our payment solutions through ownership of our Merchant Experience portfolio – driving the evolution of services for small business on the Xplor Pay platform
- Lead the discovery and development for subscription management and merchant solutions platforms in USA, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand
- Manage a team of Product Managers fostering an environment of growth and innovation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align product development with business objectives
- Ownership of the product roadmap prioritizing work in alignment with customer-centric outcomes and business growth
- Leverage customer and market data to assess value and viability risks to inform product roadmap and planning decisions
- Work with Engineering, Product Marketing, Business Readiness and other key stakeholders to define release and go to market strategies
- Be a key leader in the Product organisation, helping drive best practice product management practices and evangelising your product offering internally and externally
