Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, commercial strategy, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or related roles
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience in the technology, data center, or telecommunications industry preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales Operations and Commercial Execution to lead our sales operations and drive commercial success across the EMEA region
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with overall company goals
  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, sales process optimization, and sales enablement. Implement best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Commercial Execution: Lead commercial negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable outcomes for the company. Develop pricing strategies and value propositions to maximize profitability
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions. Develop KPIs and metrics to measure sales effectiveness and track progress against targets
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams to align strategies and drive cross-functional initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide strong leadership to the sales operations team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribute to the overall success of the organization
