Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales operations, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • 2+ years experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools is preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to support positive and growth-oriented professional relationships
  • Ability to determine priorities, goals and objectives of work functions assigned
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

What the job involves

  • Keeper is hiring a professional Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This is a fully remote position!
  • The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing sales processes, systems, and performance.
  • This role involves providing actionable insights, managing data integrity, and supporting the sales team to drive efficiency and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports
  • Evaluate and streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Recommend and implement sales operations best practices
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of sales forecasts and performance metrics, providing insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Ensure accurate and effective use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), oversee data integrity and troubleshoot issues
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and other key metrics
  • Provide analytical support to the sales team, including ad-hoc analysis
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to inform sales operations strategies and initiatives
  • Lead or support special projects related to sales operations, such as system upgrades, process improvements, or new tool implementations
