Who you are
- CLEARANCE: SC eligible, SC Cleared + NPVV3 (Bonus)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Significant experience with Java development
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java Spring, Python, and C#
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Typescript, Angular, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of data technologies including PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and Apache Cassandra
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, Azure, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Certifications in relevant technologies
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Java development and a strong understanding of backend, frontend, data, and DevOps technologies
- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Designing and developing high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software development
