Who you are

  • This position is an excellent fit for motivated individuals looking to gain a foothold in a growth-oriented environment and advance their sales career
  • German and English language skills at professional level
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management or similar positions, preferably with a SaaS background
  • Experience in leading customer projects independently
  • Excellent self- and time management with a high degree of flexibility, sense of ownership and initiative
  • Strong analytic skills as well as communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of planning processes in software development and corresponding skills to manage expectations towards customers
  • Effective organizational and task management skills
  • Industry knowledge, particularly in the areas of AI and LLM (preferred but not required)

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our sales team and play a central role in expanding our customer base
  • Your role as a Customer Success Manager is crucial for turning concepts into tangible results by working closely with our cross-functional teams and customers
  • Onboarding new customers: You are responsible for onboarding new customers by introducing them to our product world and ensuring a smooth start
  • Follow up on subscription renewals: You actively follow up on subscription renewals as customers approach their renewal due date and ensure continuous customer retention
  • Upsell and cross-sell: You proactively approach customers to identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Relationship building: You build strong relationships between the support team and customers to create a solid foundation for long-term customer relationships
  • Conducting regular review meetings: You hold regular meetings with all customer stakeholders and the project team to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Project management: You monitor and control the finances, schedules and scope of projects to ensure that everything remains on schedule and that solutions are delivered on time
  • Collaborating with the sales team: You work with the sales team to identify new solutions that can be offered to our customers, thereby promoting sales and product development
