  • An ideal candidate will have previous "in-house" full-cycle recruitment experience and is based in the Greater NYC area, willing to work in a hybrid in-office role (2 days per week - usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays) alongside the rest of our HR and G&A teams
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth global tech organization, with a focus on sourcing for Technical and Go-To-Market roles
  • Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, managing the interview process, and conducting offer negotiations through closure
  • Ability to inspire, communicate effectively, and build relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong project management skills, showcasing the ability to coordinate and manage details in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using the Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • Data-driven mindset with an understanding of the critical data points for the success of your hiring teams
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish strong working relationships
  • Solution-oriented mindset, recognizing when to escalate issues and driving effective solutions for stakeholders

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts on a group of open roles, focusing mostly on Go-To-Market (GTM) positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to formulate talent acquisition strategies tailored to current and future hiring needs. This involves understanding specific role requirements, defining skills criteria, establishing a clear interview process, and creating a sourcing plan
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive top-talent
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to offer acceptance
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve Forter’s recruitment process
  • Implement systems and reports to measure and optimize Forter’s recruitment process

Behind the scenes, Forter’s machine learning technology combines advanced cyber intelligence with behavioral and identity analysis to create a multi-layered fraud detection mechanism.

The company had previously announced IPO plans, however, it has yet to move forward with this venture. Since its $300 M investment round in 2021, the company has made several acquisitions, strengthening its fraud prevention solution stack.
