What the job involves

  • AlertMedia has aggressive goals to expand the sales team and we're looking for successful Mid-Market Account Executives to sell our software platform via phone and web demonstrations to organizations across a wide variety of industries that have an audience of 1,000 – 5,000 people
  • Become an expert in the AlertMedia platform and tools and its uses for our customers
  • Own a territory of 300+ strategic accounts and partner with your Sales Development Representative to win them
  • Deliver customized discovery calls, product demos, pricing conversations and any other calls to ensure an effective buyer journey from discovery to close
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Use a consultative and conversational approach when showing prospects, the AlertMedia solution to their problems
  • Work closely with the prospect and the AlertMedia team to manage the closing process, including demos, proposals, legal and security reviews, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Transition closed accounts to assigned Customer Success Managers, while partnering to pursue “land and expand” opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as new products and features are released
  • Work to perfect your craft by doing Gong call reviews with your manager
  • Use a great toolset (SFDC, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav) to help make your job easier and improve learning and development
  • Contribute to AlertMedia’s culture, values, and vision for the future
