Who you are

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technology leadership positions, with a focus on finance and technology
  • Proven experience working for tech companies and startups, preferably in the sustainability or social commerce sector
  • Strong background in AI, ML, and blockchain technologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting, analysis, and fundraising for technology companies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to investors and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate and navigate market trends and challenges
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

What the job involves

  • Lead the development and execution of the platform's technology strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and sustainability goals
  • Oversee the development and continuous improvement of our AI, ML, and blockchain-based technologies
  • Analyze and forecast new revenue models, identifying potential opportunities and threats in the market
  • Review and evaluate financial data to support funding rounds, providing accurate company valuations and amending financial models according to investor feedback
  • Support investor meetings and assist in raising capital for the company's expansion plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch our Minimum Viable Product (MVP), while actively participating in its early stages
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key technology partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in technology and finance
  • Develop and manage technology budgets and resource allocation
  • Mentor and guide the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
