What the job involves

  • As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for explaining the technical and functional aspects of the product or services we offer to the users, primarily on the post-sales side
  • You will also work closely with the sales team and provide technical advice on the products and services on the pre-sales side
  • Become a complete expert in the NinjaOne platform and develop a high-level technical understanding in the IT infrastructure management of modern businesses
  • Consult our partners on how to implement Ninja’s products into their infrastructure and how to improve their internal process to help them create synergies
  • Multi-faceted problem solving, based on scenarios and use cases from prospects and partners which may include investigating custom product requests, discovering product workarounds and alternative approaches/solutions
  • You will be working closely with our sales team and help to answer advanced technical questions from prospects and customers while also collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute our growth strategy
  • Provide valuable feedback to our product team by being the voice of our partners – work closely together with our Product Management and help to shape Ninja’s future
  • Coach the sales teams on the NinjaOne products suite
  • Give external training for our partners e.g. show how our new features can be applied in the day to day usage of our partners
  • Become an advocate for our brand and actively promote our product solutions to our partners
  • Other duties as needed

The platform helps enhance security measures and ensure optimal performance across various endpoints through a variety of products from vulnerability patch management to cloud backups for multi-tenants. It is also able to protect users logging into IT systems remotely, making it a valuable option to the large roster of companies embracing remote work.

Since founding in 2013, NinjaOne has grown both its team and customer base substantially, and now serves the like of NVIDIA, Nissan and HelloFresh. A grand influx of funding will allow the company to hyper-focus on its customer support, especially in remote form, and continue to develop its products and automations.
