Who you are

  • Experience in performance marketing and affiliate marketing
  • Experience working on subscription products, ecommerce or affiliate platforms is highly beneficial
  • Understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with an understanding of financials to be able to develop bespoke deals and offers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects
  • Great presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills
  • A motivated and energetic marketer, comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity
  • An excellent team player: good at building relationships in cross functional teams
  • Organised and adept at finding ways to improve processes
  • You naturally take initiative and are a self-starter, and are not afraid to use your voice (whether it’s to ask for help, offer suggestions, or to inspire change by questioning the norm)

What the job involves

  • We have an exciting opportunity in the form of an Affiliates Marketing Manager to join our high performing Acquisition team here at Gousto
  • Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the ownership and management of our affiliate program
  • You will own and execute the affiliate channel strategy, manage the day-to-day programme, and own the reporting of channel performance
  • This role will involve close collaboration with a diverse range of teams, from brand and analytics to external agencies
  • The Acquisition team is instrumental in driving new customer acquisition through a variety of performance marketing channels
  • Our affiliate channel has been crucial to Gousto's growth, and we are looking to enhance the support for this channel
  • In addition, as part of the Acquisition team you will gain exposure to a variety of other performance marketing channels by supporting the execution of our offline media channels including: inserts, out-of-home, and podcasts
  • Define and develop the affiliate channel strategy
  • Own and maintain the day-to-day operations of the affiliate programme
  • Work with affiliates to update offers, messaging, and creative content
  • Optimize the current portfolio of affiliates and affiliate mix to maximise performance
  • Onboard and develop relationships with new partners
  • Negotiate, book, and process advertising and commissions
  • Manage inbound affiliate queries and proposals
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate affiliate and partner activity, and report on performance
  • Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of promo codes and tracking links
  • Ensure integration and consistency with the rest of the marketing team (Brand, Retention, and Acquisition)
  • Report on signup volumes, CPA, and ROI targets
