What the job involves

  • We’re looking for an exceptional Client Success Manager. Reporting to Head of Client Success, you’ll be responsible for the success of your clients’ programmes and delivering world-class service
  • We are looking for a proactive Client Success Manager to partner with clients, develop strategies to drive engagement, provide solutions that add value and retain our client portfolio
  • You’ll will focus on the Community Strategy and delivering our Community Calls
  • You’ll own our Salary Finance Community Newsletter
  • You'll build and deliver excellent client relationships measured by Net Promoter Score
  • You’ll deliver 100% client retention and upsell additional products
  • You'll maximise all opportunities to promote our services to the employees in our clients including BAU B2C Communication
  • You'll support the Employee Communications Team in creating comprehensive, multi-channel, communication strategies to drive long-term uptake of products within our client portfolio

Offering a range of financial wellbeing products, Salary Finance is unique for its unusually low default rate, which arises from the security of deducting repayments directly from a borrower’s salary, and the extra information it gains about its customers by tapping into their HR systems. Originating in the UK, the company expanded to the US to bring low-cost loans to working Americans. Its US arm has since merged with FinFit to form the "pre-eminent financial wellness platform" in the US.

Though Salary Finance faces significant competition from other startups like Neyber and Wagestream, that are also attempting to fix the "payday problem", few have been able to effectively provide as impressive a range of options as this startup. There is every reason to assume the company will build on its past success, and forge a path into a favourable future.
