Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in recruiting for roles that demand niche expertise

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to help us identify, attract and assess top talent for positions at Saronic
  • This role requires a strategic partner with a deep understanding and experience with engineering and high-volume recruiting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and partner with teams on everything from writing job descriptions to sourcing and closing candidates
  • Understand business unit’s objectives and challenges and to attract quality candidates
  • Work effectively with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires
  • Create and maintain a high volume of active and in-process candidates while developing creative talent attractions strategies resulting in increased quality of candidates and hiring goal attainment
  • Ensure candidates have a positive interview experience from the screening process through offer negotiation

Our take

Unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) are vehicles which operate at the surface of the water without a crew and can be used in oceanography and environmental monitoring, as well as for cargo transport or military applications. Saronic is a company developing USVs to have enhanced awareness and improved survivability, to be employed in maritime security.

Saronic's vehicles are designed to be smarter than previous models, with capabilities including adaptive path planning, multichannel communication, and the ability to better identify and track targets through a combination of passive sensors and advanced algorithms. The company has raised significant funding that will be used to accelerate R&D as it expands manufacturing capacity in anticipation of demand for rapid production in the future.
