Role
Who you are
- 3+ years experience project management, sales engineering or professional services engineering
- Degree in business or IT, specialization in project management or sales
- Excellent analytical: An organized and precise character with foresight for an excellent planning & risk mitigation
- Strong track record of goal-oriented project execution
- High degree of self-management and process efficiency
- Independent and reliable work-style
- High willingness to engage and communicate with customers
- English professional working proficiency (must have)
- Other language skills are a plus
- Experience in using GIS solutions, previous experience in the earth observation or GIS industry is a plus
- Knowledge of satellite technology and knowledge of ML and DL algorithms is a plus
- You live in or you are willing to relocate to Berlin

What the job involves
- Initiate, plan, manage and execute customer deliveries
- Closely align with the sales representative and with the tech operations team to find the best way forward to meet customer expectations
- Participate in customer calls and communicate details of LiveEO’s technical capabilities to the interested customer, help to set and manage expectations
- Understand technical customer processes, systems and data and match these with LiveEO’s data requirements, solutions and earth observation data availability
- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications to be executed by LiveEO’s tech team
- Execute project management best practices delivering our solution and to meet customer expectations
- Manage information flow between the customer, sales team and tech team
- Create technical presentations demonstrating how our product meets client needs

LiveEO’s Earth Observation platform uses satellite data, data analysis software, and AI to help infrastructure companies monitor and assess risks. Backed by the European Space Agency, LiveEO, founded in 2017, has major European clients like Deutsche Bahn, E.ON subsidiaries, and Gascade. A partnership with Planet enables global scaling of its monitoring operations.
Since 2021, LiveEO has tripled its revenues and doubled its workforce, showcasing its successful integration of space tech and enterprise data. Recently, LiveEO secured $10 million from Greencode Ventures, allowing entry into the market for compliance with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). This regulation mandates companies verify their imported commodities do not contribute to deforestation.
LiveEO’s AI models are enhancing climate resilience for global infrastructure networks, including collaborations in the USA, Australia, and Japan. The new deforestation monitoring solution positions LiveEO as a leader in this emerging market. With a robust AI and deep tech stack, LiveEO is setting a new industry standard, unlocking the full potential of earth observation for humanity and life on Earth.
