• 2 - 3 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience
• < 1 year of technical recruitment experience
• Stellar sourcing skills sand proficient knowledge of multiple recruiting platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, AngelList)
• Innovative spirit to use creative sourcing strategies in order to obtain top talent and passive candidates
• Ability to adjust, re-prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Drive to continuously raise the talent bar within an organization
• Appreciation of and ability to advocate for the value of diversity and inclusivity of gender, race, background, and experience
• Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

• We are looking for a fast-moving Talent Acquisition Specialist, Tech with a proven history of successfully hiring for associate to senior-level talent across engineering and product functions
• Under the leadership of the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you’ll leverage your EQ and strong sense of urgency to support the full cycle recruitment for high critical roles that are pivotal to Medly’s growth and mission to evangelize affordable healthcare for all!
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and product requisitions across Medly
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand role requirements in full scope
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and the team
• Use a variety of strategic and innovative sourcing techniques to target top quality candidates on a variety of platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, AngelList, Indeed, etc.)
• Educate candidates on the culture, growth potential, compensation and benefits of working for Medly, selling both the company and the opportunity
• Provide candidates with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
• Research new roles and competitor offerings to help create effective and attractive job ads and proposed compensation bands in close collaboration with internal partners
• Consult with and advise hiring teams on best practices, including interviewing and talent selection practices, how to ensure positive candidate experiences
